The 2025 Naughty Blend is our answer to the traditional holiday cup. While the season often calls for simple, dark, and predictable roasts, we believe in having multiple options. A little diversity to help us get through the long winter months. 

We take our coffee pretty seriously, even if we don't take ourselves too seriously. The "Naughty" moniker isn't about behaving badly—it’s about diverging from the norm. It is a deliberate step away from the "classic" profile and into the realm of more vibrant and complex coffee.

Behind the Beans: A Double-Natural Duo

For 2025, we’ve curated a Double Natural profile, meaning both components were processed with the fruit on the bean for a heightened sweetness and body.

• The Foundation: PNG Lahamenegu Red Mountain Natural. Sourced from the Eastern Highlands of Papua New Guinea, this coffee provides a rich, velvety texture and deep, savory undertones.

• The Spark: Ethiopia Organic Guji Dimtu Tora Natural. From the renowned Guji zone, this bean contributes the vibrant aromatics and fruit-forward clarity.

In The Cup

This is a dynamic coffee that evolves as it cools. You’ll immediately notice a comforting base of Milk Chocolate, anchoring the cup in familiarity. As the profile opens up, distinct layers of warm Honey Cake emerge, providing a dense, floral sweetness.

The finish is where the natural processing really shines—delivering a concentrated, sticky-sweet note of Raspberry Jam that lingers on the palate. It is refined, layered, and exceptionally clean.

The Details

• Roast Profile: Medium-Light. We roast this just enough to develop the sugars without obscuring the natural fruit character of the Guji or the body of the PNG.

• Availability: This is a seasonal limited release. Like the holidays, it’s here for a good time, not a long time. Available through January 2026.
