Huila is Colombia's most celebrated coffee-growing department, and Pitalito is its crown jewel, a municipality perched between 1,500 and 1,800 meters where volcanic soil, humid microclimates, and generations of small-farm expertise converge. This Excelso-grade lot is sourced from family farms across the Pitalito highlands and processed using traditional washed methods that strip away everything except the pure character of the bean. What you get is a textbook Huila cup: milk chocolate and cane sugar up front, a clean citrus lift in the middle, and a roasted hazelnut finish that rounds it all out. Balanced, reliable, and genuinely enjoyable from the first sip to the last. This is the coffee that earns a permanent spot on your counter.
